when my dad died last year we were left with his condo however we did not have the funds so we chose to simply walk away from it.
I know it's more of a scare tactic and they're trying to get money from as we never legally took it over

I want to know how this will all work out also do you think they would make a very favorable discount in terms of us, or simply just me ,taking over the house but with at a better rate on a mortgage....or on payments on a mortgage so I can take it over

or does it look like I will lose the house and not have anything to do with it, after this

it totally sucks too because I have no other support system I'm obviously not married and you can tell from my many posts I'm going to hell I'm going to be. Ugh!

today is marks the first year without him so I guess if I did it for the first year I'll be able to do it forever!
