I have been agonizing over calling someone and every time I try to dial their number I freeze. Am I just fearful?

Do you have his birth time and place of birth? Two of the opps he has are Moon and Uranus, and Saturn with Neptune. He also has Mars opp his NN or conjunct his SN. Depending on what time he was born, his Moon could be around 10 degrees opp Pluto as well.
Is he a past boyfriend/husband of yours?

Thank you for the info. If he showed up at your graduation, he is most likely interested in you. In looking at your info, like me you will need to overcome worrying too much about the future. The same part of your chart that causes you to worry also gives you drive, but you may work too much and not have the social time available to meet enough eligible guys to help you to know what it is you want and then you end up with someone who is a disappointment. Transiting Saturn is making some wonderful contacts to your chart right now and is allowing you to see through things at work and make you think about how much of your time you owe them.

His Natal Saturn makes a similar contact to your Natal Neptune and with the current Saturn transit to that, he could make you insecure or doubt your values in the part of your life that is affected. From the solar chart it would be relationships. Couldn't see the other since you didn't have your birth time.

You do have the Natal Venus square Pluto aspect in your chart, which could make you start a relationship with the first guy that comes along and not wait for someone who is good for you.

With your moons trine to each other, normally you are in the same mood when you are together--the energies there are harmonious, too.

You will worry about whether each of you are on the same page until late July when Saturn goes direct. You have a Sun opp Neptune aspect in your chart which can cause you to deceive yourself or others--try to keep your feet on the ground and ask questions.
