If you want to know for this year maybe you should do a Solar Return chart combining with progression and transit or ask a horary question.

In your natal chart I see a T-square with Moon, Venus and Saturn. They are tough aspects which have to do with what you want to have in love, what makes you feel comfortable to receive love and the feeling of not good enough. The Moon in critical degree would highlight it too. May be you feel so concerned this year due to the Cardinal Grand Cross in your angular houses?
May be a little shifting in energy would help, don't focus on love now, just nurture your loveable self and see what'll happen. On a side note: I believe with Mars in Aries you'll have the courage to confront the problem and the drive to overcome it.

Glittergirl, your feed back means much to me. And I'm new at this too, I'm still learning to read Solar Return chart, just trying to see the trend for the year to come.
