Hi, I lost my job 1 week ago feeling really down. can anybody do a reading for me? i would greatly appreciate it

ahh thank you so much. i am not in creative field, however I am in electronic/computer field. To be precise it is directly connected to programing and engineering. I sent already my resume to couple of recruiters still not answer. But may be I am getting ahead of myself. it is only 1 week passed.But what is discouraging is how I feel. I feel very down and exusted (last year was very stressful, lots of work, I worked 2-3 months without any weekends). I can not even bring myself to do my resume. Of Course I did it but it took so much efforts (emotionally). It seems nothing can fire me up. but i can not relax either. so I am in this limbo,I can not do anything and I can not relax either

This isn't a reading for you per se but perhaps some friendly advice...

I can understand how losing a job can lead to big time depression. Are you a male? Jobs and careers are so tied up with a man's identity. But take my advise and go out this weekend with your buds. It doesn't have to be someplace where a lot of money is involved as I sure it's tight right now lol but you need to be around positive people. Let me know when you get your job. Not being smug or anything lol but it IS going to happen. The cards said so, so there. Poochy

Hi Poochycat, so I got a job it is contract job at least for 3-6 months (actually contract to hire). I will start next week. It is not exactly what I want to do, but it is somewhat close. money is not great but not bad either but at least it is much better than to mop around my place.
BTW: it is not a job I interviewed 2 weeks ago, but rather a new opportunity which I interviewed yesterday.... Thank you Poochycat for ur help
