I'd really appreciate it if anyone can help me interpret my chart. I need some thoughts or opinions on anything that sticks out straight away, or signs of my strengths and weaknesses. I need some advice/guidance because I'm still quite new to astrology. Anything that you notice or comes to mind just say.

You are a person with initiative. Your chart is overwhelmingly Cardinal, and those signs have the most gumption to start things.

Gemini Rising gives you a pleasant demeanor, and some nervous energy. You might also show some mystical bent to the public as your Ascendant's chart ruler is in the 12th. That influence might also leave you a little mystified about who you are. (I also have Gemini Rising) Having Jupiter near your Ascendant means you probably appear jovial and philosophical. Mars in the 1st house suggests that action is a natural state for you.

Uranus trine Mercury might give you some original thinking. These planets are in the houses of [sex, power, and] transformation and mysticism [religion, creativity], so these unique thoughts might be about these areas.

Sun square Moon is a big struggle. I also have this aspect. It pulls you in two directions, and makes it difficult to settle on one direction. Your Sun wants something (some spiritual communing with beauty and all that is), and your Moon wants something else (to nurture, to teach and learn, to communicate). The aspect is a little wider than I prefer, though, so perhaps this is less of a struggle for you.

Uranus doesn't actually oppose your Moon that closely. The orb is wide, which means that the aspect would go away if you tightened the orbs. I go by 7 degrees for a major aspect. On your chart it shows the aspect despite it being nine degrees away from perfect (5 degree Capricorn versus 14 degree Cancer).

This leaves your Neptune opposing your Moon. Pluto is in positive aspect to each side of this aspect. See how there are blue lines from Pluto to Neptune as well as to your Moon? The opposition gives tension between your Moon and Neptune, but it's made easier by the influence of Pluto. Whenever Neptune is trying to force your emotional state to be more spiritual and productive, if you don't really want to do it, but you want to satisfy that influence you can take the path that Pluto shows. Pluto is in the sixth, which is the house of service. Pluto transforms, so you can satisfy your emotional want for communication and mental stimulation as well as your Neptune's want for spirituality and action by serving others. In fact, it might be good for you to try to take a leadership role in some kind of service organization. You've got the empathy plus dynamism. In some ways your approach might be a little clunky, but it will be easy for people to see that your heart is in the right place.

Thank you for the reply, Acoustic God. I read something about Geminis being restless. That's something I feel every day but still can't figure out which direction to go in.

Lately I've been thinking of doing something in service and giving back. I wouldn't feel comfortable in any kind of leadership role, though. It's just not me. I hate any kind of attention.

Acoustic God, does the 0 degrees next to my Ascendant sign Gemini mean anything?

Because I was reading the traits of Rising Gemini and some describe me and some others don't. I'm not talkative or witty. I'm quite introvert and everyone knows I don't speak too much. I also read something about the 0 degrees on a sign can mean or crisis or something.

Wow, that article really spoke to me. Especially the part where it said look to who you admire. That's definitely something that could help me get through the confusion. I already know who I admire and respect. That article was a gem actually. I'm going to book mark it.

I don't recall the zero degree point equating with crisis. I've heard of it being called the Aries point, because it's the first degree.

I'm not as chatty as a Gemini Rising either despite having the placement. In my chart, it could be because I have Saturn in the first, or it could also be that Saturn is opposite Mercury, which means that Saturn disciplines normally chatty Mercury into something more concise.

Your lack of Gemini chatiness may be the result of your 12th house stellium (three planets focused in one house, bringing that house's area strong influence onto you). You also have a stellium in stoic Capricorn. Mercury is your chart ruler (the ruler of your Ascendant), and it's in the 12th, which deals with hidden things (mysticism as I wrote before). It's also in Taurus, which is a sign that's known to be charming, but also known to keep it's cards close to it's chest. Taurus is often strategic.

Being exactly 30 degrees (or one sign) away from your Ascendant, it's semi-sextile your Ascendant. Opinions differ on whether the semi-sextile is easy or hard. The signs are completely different, so it seems to me that it would be on the harder side. It may ultimately mean nothing of consequence, though.

I guess in the end I think your Mercury is quiet because it's in the 12th house, and only makes two aspects: a conjunction with Venus (you talk nice), and a trine with Uranus (you think weird). The signs involved are somewhat private Earth signs: Taurus and Capricorn (+ the not-usually-private Venus in Aries, if you like).

I just noticed that your Mercury is in positive aspect to Uranus opposite Chiron. I'm not sure what exactly to make of that.

Ruler of the 1st House in the 12th House (Your first house is Gemini; Mercury rules Gemini, which is found in the 12th)

While shy in youth, as you mature you tend to find ways of handling and masking your sensitivity. Your intuition is strong, and you naturally understand that there are hidden forces in life that influence the daily goings-on. You tend to always be seeking something higher--such as a greater meaning or understanding of life and your place or purpose in it. There is something mysterious and private to your aura. At times, you may feel a lot of anxiety. Although you are capable of being alone, sometimes loneliness consumes you and vague doubts and fears haunt you. You are a perceptive person, and managing your deep sensitivity is something that can be a lifelong task. http://www.cafeastrology.com/natal/rulersofhousesinhouses.html

Ruler of the 2nd House in the 12th House (Your 2nd house also starts in Gemini)

Your income is related to some kind of service in connection with healing and welfare, or helping the less fortunate. You may have difficulties evaluating your self worth, which may impinge your level of income. Evaluating your natural talents would bring better financial opportunities. This influence could bring confidential financial support, but also may incline to clandestine or illegal business. Avoid any easy business that may imply some risk or commitment. http://www.cafeastrology.com/natal/rulersofhousesinhouses.html

Everything you wrote is making sense and explaining a lot for me. I appreciate the interpretation. I was wondering why I'm an introvert and not talkative like a Gemini. A lot of people have said I'm private. I guess I just keep myself to myself.

The link you posted also helped me learn something new. I can't say I can relate to the intuition/perception part. I've never really felt that. The anxiety part is definitely true though.
