I've been told that he is pushing your boundaries because you are letting him; and he will continue to do so as long as you allow it. Resolution - one way or the other - is necessary because his cavalier approach is beginning to drain precious energies from you which deserve greater value than that which he is placing on them. Resolution lay solely in your hands, as well.Hope this helps. IP: Logged |

I told him yesterday that maybe/I'm not sure and last minute invitations do NOT work with me anymore
In the beginning I made a mistake of accepting a few of his last minute invites out and now I'm dealing with the consequences
I gave him the benefit of the doubt but he is aware I have a child and have to arrange for him to be cared for while I am away It is getting old but like I said, I did tell him yesterday that it is a pet peeve
If he keeps doing it from now on I will just be ****** and eventually write him off Things are black and white with me. I so appreciate your feedback though because it just validates to me that I did the right thing. I felt "rude" telling him that yesterday but I do know that if I don't raise the standard then my relationships will not improve and that is something that I just can't risk anymore

Right:Nursing home? (1) IX of Wands, reversed- fear of death.
(2) VI of Cups, reversed- idealising the past. Holding a grudge.
(3) Page of Cups- an intuitive young person. From this, I wouldn't be too happy with it. It seems to fixate on the past, from deaths to grudges. Here I think you would be overwhelmed with emotion. Travel nurse? (1) II of Pentacles- juggling, fun, recovery, a balance.
(2) The Star, reversed- lack of trust, self doubt.
(3) Queen of Cups- A kind and tender person. From the deck, there is a preference for a travel nurse position. You need to believe in yourself that you can do it. I see it being fun. Hope this resonates with you, LT.
