Thank you. The question was for someone else and the job has already been posted, but is contingent on them getting the work and won't be available until October. It sounds like it is easy to get in there though. Maybe I should ask this--all of the work that is being offered has been broken down into 7 pieces. Will AAR get the maintenance portion?

You have transiting Uranus square your Venus, which doesn't help for stability in your relationships right now, but it sounds like that's what you want. It looks like around the middle of April things should move forward, but in October/November, there may be some changes or disruptions.

I haven't had it in a few years :-/ plus I have a 1yr old child involved and I don't want disruptions for him either

Yes on the transits, but you're getting closer to finishing that cycle -- a pull between home and career. I still think that everything won't move ahead a lot until January. You may get in contact, but may not be often. Do you have your time of birth am/pm and what city/state-country were you born in?

My birth time is 7:51pm and I was born in Indianapolis, IN

I also have my natal Venus impacted by Pluto and Uranus. Uranus can bring sudden infatuations or changes to established or new relationships. It has to be hard when you have a little one to take care of as well.

Boy don't I know - my marriage fell apart over a year ago and since then every guy I've "dated" if you can call it that has been super erratic and unstable

I never thought to look at my transits...

Ugh I don't like this news but I guess it does bring some clarity to why things aren't "working"

You have the same rising sign as I do and it seems a number of other people here. I wouldn't count on anything just yet with your as you have a lot instability right now. Your ideals about compassion and relationships are undergoing some changes still. You also have transiting Uranus on you fourth house cusp, which should make your home life busy, with unexpected occurrences, etc. Looks like juggling career/work and family. One thing I noticed about your friends planets is that natal mars is in Aquarius, which seems that he is active with friends, whereas your mars is in Leo, which tends towards children, creative things and anything that gives you a chance to lead. When you told him you had a child, how did he acknowledge that?

My eye is doing better and am trying not to over tax it. Finally figured out what was causing it, which impacted other things I was trying to use to help me as a whole

Sure. If B applies for a position that opens at AAR in the Fall, would they get it? It seems from what you saw and the other read that if you have the qualifications, then you would be able to get in. Some companies aren't discreet and others don't like you looking for a job elsewhere, so it's hard in one way to know if you should even attempt it.
