Perhaps either one of you, or both are still struggling with some sort of pain. Again, there is a need to let go before things can develop.

All the other cards have one thing in common: Change. Changes are happening and they're going to keep on coming at a faster rate.
I got 8 of Wands as a significator which is basically all about the speeding up of events. I have Death Rx in the future position. Going with the rest of the spread, the first thing I thought was just "permanent change". And they will be unsettling at first and there might be delays due to work or something like that- 4 wands Rx.

I think happy times are ahead- 10 Cups Rx. It's just that you might be mistrustful of your good fortune. But don't be, because it can be really nice- The Sun.

In summary, if something happens between you, which the cards seem suggest might- it might not be for a while yet though. I think at first life is going to get in the way, and there may be some deeper issues for both of you to resolve first. There may be an unnecessary fear of a rival or something aswell? It's absolutely no problem- you're welcome to ask for a reading any time- sometimes I may not be as good though, my cards are stingy, it's like they don't really like being read that often! Well whatever, they can lose the attitude quite frankly! Aha :P

There's a need to match each other's vibrations before you two can meet and form a relationship so it may take a little longer than you expected. Oh that's an interesting deck! I usually like ones more detailed, but I do like that particular artwork. I use the Bohemian Gothic deck or the Wild Unknown, they're my favorites.

Yeah, unfortunately some people don't like doing things head-on :/ But its frustrating when the guy refuses to because you think, well, you're the man here! He was probably too immature at the time though. He may man-up
