Is it good or bad to have all the personal planets aspecting the Asc? The strong reaction is also over the phone and/or online so it isn't necessarily my appearance.

Neither, it is what it is. If all of those planets aspect your Aquarius ASC, it's sort of like having all those planets IN Aquarius. That's a lot of Uranian energy which is hard to ignore.

Pluto trine ASC I think is the main indicator of strong reactions. Pluto is a strong planet and it's sitting on your ASC, basically the top layer of your chart / personality.

I'm also a believer that if we aren't expressing the energy of a certain aspect, then we draw it to ourselves un/subconsciously.

Luminaries, Domicile (by House) Pluto/Mars Conjunct.

They all have impact upon immediate perception of the self upon others, through the Trine.

Is there anything I can do or is there anything in the chart that can minimize the problem? Like I said, I am very timid yet I find that if I sneeze it is on the local news as far as gossip. Or people I know who metaphorically slap me on the head as they pass by me sitting down not bothering anyone. I feel very misunderstood in life.

I know many Aquarius people and others do not react to them the way they react to me.
