Looking for yet another exchange. Work related this time. My question is: what do my guides want me to know about this situation and/or how is what I send out received by the other party?

I was directed to do a 4 card spread.

(1) Ace of Pentacles: Trust that you can do it. TRUST. Be practical.
(2) II of Pentacles: Juggling and flexibility. Be flexible now. Whatever your situation, there is a way to sort it out.
(3) III of Wands, reversed: Don't fall into the trap of being pessimistic. Being practical and pessimistic are not the same thing. You're making things more complicated that they should be. Indicative of anxiety.
(4) Page of Wands: Be creative and enthusiastic. Be talkative- have fun with the interviews and your personality will shine through.

Question 2- How are the apps received?

(1) Knight of Wands: You're creative, bold and inspiring.
(2) King of Wands, reversed: Wasted energy. Something in it is not right- It's something small but makes an impact. I would go as far to say something with the formatting which doesn't feel right.
(3) IV of Swords: An organised person who is balanced and intelligent.

Apps received very well. Minor changes will help immensely.

First question: I feel high expectations energy wise from your side. Is that correct? Like it was really something personal what you have send.
Second question: is what you send something creative? Perhaps to do with writing & a bit "out of the box"?

1- I had to break some bad news (for me atleast) so that was personal. I'm a bit miffed with them for not getting back to me on a review of a document I sent in.

Asked your precise question. Not sure what the fiasco was about, but I can see some confusement & "question marks above heads" arose. Were you very forward to JT. Like upfront & going over things quickly... Not the right phrasing, directly translated from my language. But along the lines of being a bit forceful? On the bright side: you came of as strong, persevering & a bit bold. Perhaps you were making a battle out of something (to proof a point) where no real defense/strife was necessary. Did you "attack" him? It seems to be surrounded by "the ego". Hope this makes sense.

Thanks for the cards!! Think they resonate. With the king of wands RX & the 4 of swords I would say that nothing comes of it though.
You pulled a massive amount of wands by the way! Lol. That seems suiting. First 4 cards I can relate too. Also in combination with the second series you have pulled.
