As for salary, I think you're going to get pretty darn close to your asking, but they won't go all the way TO that upon hire. I do feel you'll get there within the calendar year though.

This is going it be interesting with the salary. I think the agency may have sent the wrong salary range, but we've already agreed and I'm not backing down especially knowing I'm the only candidate they advanced to phone interview from this agency. You want the contract or not?
