Thank you. As of now I haven't experienced change yet. Things have been pretty stagnant & monotone but I am hoping that the rest of 2014 will bring opportunity for action & change. I am going through a personal year 9 in numerology, which is a year of endings. Things haven't ended yet, but they will soon I feel.

Yes, I am in an unfavorable situation at the moment. It only just began being that way though. I temp an am not being compensated fully for all that I have done recently for this company.

When I started the assignment it was only supposed to be a short time 3 months and now its at a year almost. I am grateful for it because I have been able to save good money, and was able to get my small business going. But the energy in that office is heavy a lot of times and its draining....I don't feel the same I feel weighted down just in general now.

Its pretty much a case of when people bring their personal issues to the workplace. I work with ladies that have been working in the office for over 14 years but aren't happy. I don't want this for my life.

Anyway I am preparing to either cut down my hours or end the assignment completely. But I am having a hard time getting the courage to end the assignment because these people can be emotionally manipulative. Sigh end rant.
