I am so anxious with my boyfriend! I feel like I am on pins and needles waiting for him to propose. I feel like I am setting myself up for disaster because I have absolutely NO reason to think he is going to propose anytime soon.

I feel a strange shift and its driving me crazy!!! AAAGGGGGHHHH!!!!!

Deep breaths deep breaths try to focus on something else if you can. Harder said than done but try if you can do it. Try meditation even to refocus yourself.
