Hi, can you do a carrier reading for me please. I recently lost permanent job. However I found a contract job (6 m) fairly fast. It is contract to hire job, But it seems that became a full time employment could be in question. Not because of my performance but rather restructuring of the company. Even though, I am still hopeful that I will get a full time job with my existing company I am submitting my resumes to other places. No good results so far.
BTW: I am a IT professional and I am a girl.
My questions is will get a full time job with my existing company if yes, will I be satisfied? Or the better opportunities are waiting for me just around the corner?

Thank you so much

Hi Still_Hopeful,

The transit of Mars over your natal Uranus should have finished earlier this year, but it is still close to your Mars in mid-May, but more than likely it will just make you feel restless. Same goes for transiting Uranus over your natal Mars--making you restless. Just be careful driving or with sharp objects.

Here's what I see: transiting Saturn is squaring your natal Venus, which could make you have lots of work, bosses that don't appreciate what you do--or no possibility of raises, etc., and not much social time. This transit should clear out by early December.

You may have an opportunity career wise the week of May 19 when transiting Mars goes direct, even though the opportunity comes from transiting Mercury and Venus--you will be able to give a good impression as long as you focus on the positive. It looks like you will get a break from the heavy workload, etc. for a little while, but expect that to pick up in late August and it may not be as noticeable till October, since you have some other favorable transits in there to create some social for you or possibly leadership opportunities.

Hope this helps,
Spring

Thank you Spring
yearstoday, out of blue, I got a call from My previous employer (from 8 years ago), it seems they want to bring me on board for some project. It will be 1.5 year project. everything still not clear, but still... I have to start thinking should I stay at my ccurrent contract (with unclear possibility of getting a perm job) or should I just take 1.5 contract?
I am so stressed right now. I am not as good with changes as some people are. especiall with 3.5 toddler at home.

Do you know Tarot? If yes can you do a tarot readng?
Thank you again

You're welcome. The cards I got for taking the 1.5 year job were:

Temperance (r)
Eight of coins
Two of Swords (r)

Cards for staying where you are at:

Page of Wands (r)
King of Wands
Queen of Wands

I say stay where you are at, since the other one looks like they aren't telling you everything, but I'm going to see if someone else can give their interpretation as I'm kind of rusty at this.

Spring, thank you
yes, everything is unclear, will I work remotely, should I commute one a month on side, hourly rate (contact).
BTW: Hourly rate for 1.5 project should be higher than my current "contract-to-hire" position.
But again, it is not clear if current contract will pan out as a perm job. and again, will it be good enough money wise.

Anybody else can provide input, please?

Spring- I saw your other request for interpretation. Everyone feels and reads differently, but I agree. The overall problem IMO isn't should they stay or go, but the lack of decisiveness in general career direction.

The Temperance rx is a lack of patience and direction + 8 of Coins still learning while working + 2 of Swords rx confusion or unable to make a decision.

So I read it as this individual has been working hard at their job, acquiring more skill as time passes but is tired of the situation. The lack of defined goal and direction clouds the ability to manifest the job opportunity wanted.

The Page of Wands rx in the staying position is what clues me in to this being more about the individuals wants and desires than it reflects opportunities. Page of Wands rx for me usually indicates indecision and the inability to act since upright it is young, direct and clear sighted. The King and Queen of Wands are both mature and maybe impulsive sometime. There is more energy in wanting to stay than leave.

This individual needs to spend more time figuring out exactly what they want besides change.

Does that make sense?

This situation feels unstable. Like a back and forth which for me creates the lack of clarity with you. Now that I read your feed back I can understand the reflection of indecision. You may get paid more, but the stability for long term is not there.

Oh yes, it makes PERECT sense.
To ne honest I lost my sense of direction a bit. I used to be employed by a great company. I even relocated for this job from a different state. I loved it there . I had a small team of great professionals. I learned so much and I truly enjoyed being there. However about 2 years ago, my company started to go though corporate changes and everything went down hill after words. I felt I was underappreciated under new management. While working under previous management I aquire very very marketable skills (for that period of time) I was invited to work for other companies but I decided to stay there anyways. After 2 years of doing "support" things (even though I had skills to do purely "new development" I lost my job. Of course I lost my marketability because market skills got up to speed in last 2 years. I was/am still kind of depressed. But it is life. what can I do. I guess it was time for a change. So I got 6 m contract job almost immediately (in 3 weeks), But this job basically 1/3 of what I used to do technology wise. So it is a step down if you will. But I accepted this job because of multitude of reasons, but mostly because I needed to have an income and I need to pay for health insurance. and because it was contract-to hire possibility. But what is strange or even somewhat funny, nobody is taking me serious enough. Even when I do something innovative somebody always forgot to include my name (even though I am a major contributor), Or will just confused my name and put different name in email.
Annoying and little bit funny though.
I am not overly ambitious person but it started to bug me. In addition to that, it seems the possibility of current contract position to became a permanent position very questionable. (it is still a possibility, but still UNCLEAR) On top of it, I went to 3 interviews (for the companies which I am not even interested, and I got rejected).
So Now another contract job seems to be on a horizon, and my ex manager wants me to be there. Everythings seems to be ok (I need to clear out some logistics though), and technology wise it is up to my alley and money is better But something does not feel right. I do not know how to express it but I do not feel excited.
What I am afaird of. If I choose new contract job and the current position became permanent position I will be lossing. But on another hand, If I stay and refuse 1.5 contact and my current position will not end up as a permanent position, I will lose as well
Doesit make sense?

I'm being kind of bad by even chirping in since I need to finish the people on my list. But I'm a bit like that from time to time. Everyone is important, but sometimes I'm pulled in another direction and it usually works out well when I just go where I'm lead.

I tell everyone if it doesn't feel right then it isn't.

Humor me. You tell someone you want something unique for your birthday. They take an ancient T-rex turd, wrap it in the finest, most expensive wrapping paper, squirt it with perfume, telling themselves it is the next pet rock. You receive the gift, think of all the possibilities, admire the wrapping just full of anticipation. You open it and are like WTF is this? This isn't what I asked for. The other person is like "What? You asked for unique."

You must be clear in your thoughts and intentions. I'm a huge intention person, because my whole life anything I really, really, wanted and was clear sighted about it I received. So spend some time on making a list of priorities.

Do you want more money and less growth potential or do you want the same amount of money and more growth potential? There is always a trade off somewhere. In your case I hear you need to make money but want a chance to make an impact that you will be CREDITED for. (Check your Neptune I've read that some people can become invisible to others in certain aspects.) Without credit you can't claim your work showing growth and experience.

Anyways, I get long winded. I hope this helps.

Thank you so much ndnchick!!!!!!

Still_hopeful,

One of the companies that I used to work for (it was a contractor) and it reminds me of what you are going through (tarot cards aside). I have Neptune still transiting my 1st house, so I can relate. Those companies are built on connections and unless you know someone there, you won't be too high on the pecking order. When I hired in and was offered the first job at that company, the boss turned around and said, "So what did you do there?" It wasn't until right before I left that there was any acknowledgment of my previous experience, but I knew that it would be more of the same--lots of work, stress and a hostile work environment.

What I found that work well in those companies is that you say something like "What do you think of this idea?" rather than "This is how it should be done." A lot of those people know everything, but yet often cut their nose off despite their face.

Is it possible for you to do some freelance--consulting in what you do?

Hope we were helpful. It is a hard decision, but ultimately one you can make. Since you have Neptune in your first house, try meditating on your questions and see what happens.

Just spoke to my recruter and I let him know I will be available at the end of june. It will give me some time to investigate current position and If it will turns out to be a permanent position. But I made a decisition If they will not offer me the perm position for appropriate financial compesation, I am leaving for 1.5 years contract. The initial contract says "contract to hire"- in 3 months
