really prepare your answers well even some questions you don't think that they would ask you. I see you getting stuck in a few questions. there's going to be either something you don't know how to do like you've never done them before or you simply don't know the right answer.

I don't believe you'll feel it with this company I don't think they're going to offer you a second interview to be honest. but I really feel your offense its not the right fit for you mediately

now of course, I hope I'm wrong and hope you do really well and just because I ,1 person, had told you this does not mean that it could be correct as you know energy change and maybe I'm just flat out wrong

I say, be yourself! As far as card, The Empress and 4 of Pentacles appear.....be yourself! Don't hold back! Express yourself clearly and articulately which are known to do! Show your worth and your value--that will be easy to see. Are you interviewing with a woman by chance? I think this decision will be made based on feelings....emit positivity!

Are you hoping to leave a position behind definately (or a lower stage in a company) in the hopes to become a manager or a leader within a team? For you, 6 of swords and The Magician appears....you've got the sparkle (knowledge, know-how) to achieve!

Don't worry about it. Any and all input is appreciated.

Thank you for your interpretation. I am actually being interviewed by a guy. The rest of it makes sense though. I'm pretty confident that I can get the position if I am able to speak clearly and open up. It's a phone interview, however, and my first interview ever, and I'm bad at talking over the phone in general, nonetheless under these circumstances. I think the challenge will be my confidence. The rest is correct as well; I am known to communicate effectively and intelligently, at least in person, and I can make myself look really good if I want to. But sometimes, I feel like it comes off as arrogance and try to show some level of modesty. I don't want to come off as too confident, but I have a lot of confidence in my abilities, especially those that are necessary for this position. I want that to get across. (Phone interviews are the stupidest idea ever. What is the point of them? Why not just meet me in person…? Sorry, needed to have a mini-rant.)

@Cherful: I think I figured out what it was that I'd miss. I talked to someone after I read what you wrote, and he told me something that I'd never even thought about that could potentially be a part of the interview.
I want to talk to someone else as well who will probably know certain things that could help me. I'm going to try and make sure that there is nothing overlooked.
