I'm working on casual basis and for the past month there hasn't been much work =/.The only thing that is stopping me from looking for another job is that there might be the possibility of relocation through my job (something that I'd really like) - but nothing is happening.. I'd like to know whether the opportunity for relocation will happen (and if yes when) or should I start looking for another job. Post your question and I'll be happy to exchange. Thanks! IP: Logged |

I do feel the opening for relocation but it's a ways away six plus months.and I feel the six months is truly an understatement its more 8 to 10 months out you might just be hearing about the opening in 6 months I would never tell anybody to wait because you never know what's going to happen. tomorrow an earthquack could happen and your job to be gone. with that said I don't necessarily see you applying for other positions are having the desire or motivation to transfer to another company. your energy seemsq very content right now. .... I don't think it would hurt to send out your resume. you being seriously motivated to change companies I don't see that happening but like I said, send out your resume, you might get an offer of a lifetime IP: Logged |

I pulled a card for each position and it seems like you'll get both offers.. however: with the obgyn you'll actually be happier to get this position - it feels as if you've been waiting for a while and this opportunity is something you'll enjoy. You'll reject the other position - so you will be offered it as well... It could be that you'll decide to go with the obgyn role because of the salary... I tried to check what will the salary be like but didn't get anything.. IP: Logged |

You're right, I don't currently have the motivation to seek another job - I'm content where I am ... The relocation opportunity firs came before Easter, an agency contacted our office and said they need 10 people - I told my supervisor I'm interested but there's been nothing since.. I really hope they would come back to us and things can't happen... 6-8 months =( really wasn't expecting it to be long... not sure what to do now... IP: Logged |

ask them if they know where they're at with this relocation... I truly didn't get anything until seriously far out.... but it never hurts to ask them if your content where I should probably just stay it's so awful changing companies and I'm f****** exhausted from all these interviews I've been going on! I'll probably stay if more work will arrive, atm there's no work at all, frustrating. Well done on your interviews though! And it seemed like a great outcome will happen so it was worth it IP: Logged |
