Work is getting too tough now,my manager is making it hard for me to do my job.....conflict, tension. Am so unhappy but got no interviews for last two jobs I applied for....

So frustrated

Anyone care to do a career reading? or if this shall pass?

I did a general career for the next 6 months.

Right off the bat, this is temporary.

(1) X of Pents
(2) Wheel of fortune
(3) VIII of Swords, rx
(4) Page of Pents
(5) III of Pents, rx .

Do what they ask you to do- do what is expected of you, and things should be looking up for you in the next few months. Yes, you're dealing with a lot of pessimism and intellectual blockages which are causing careless work, but it can be overcome by being practical in this situation- what are the priorities ect. I think the main issue is also organisation here. Sort that bit out and the good stuff will follow. Gain their trust while at it.

Yes, my boss is sorting out the major conflict as my manager and I disagree (its on a publication that we print 15,000 copies of). I have organised the schedule and process, we just need to get on with it.
