I have a question about how my "suit" will work out? So I've been working with my ex boyfriend who is a lawyer. The contract they had sent me was for someone else so, my lawyer contacted that firm at let them know...however, that firm came back just now, and said they mistakenly sent the wrong one and then supplied my lawyer with my contract of the debt. SO it does look like it's mine. Now we're determing if it had been paid off perviosly and how old the acutal debt it.I feel like an Effing loser that my ex see's that I am in debt. But I told him honestly, I have no idea about it as all my debit, my dad was paying before he had past. So I know nothing of this debit. UGH!!!
My question: Will my lawyer put up a good fight for me, or is he just doing the paperwork that is necessary and wont care either way? TY IP: Logged |
