they purposely blocked the number and it says blocked number. so I obviously must know this person somehow.

can you see if its a male or female and and what way that I know them? why are they being immature and blocking the phone number...... and why are they calling

It seems like you do know the person who is calling you and that he is a male.The moon card confirms that your intuition about who this person could be is right though you might be a bit confused and skeptical over it.

I again shuffled and asked what are his intentions for calling and got the King of wands-Ace of Wands-The Lovers

So this person has an intention of beginning something new..or starting over with you..which could very well be related to starting of a relationship.This person wants to begin connecting with you is what I am getting.

Why the number is it blocked?

Again I got the moon-Knight of wands-Page of wands

So can I ask why does he want to start something again?

Why does he with me? like, in reality he can have a better version than me or can simply try someone new without "our baggage"

Like he left me. What are his true intentions of wanting me in his life, etc?
