did you have some clashes with him in the past or honest communications? if so, yes it is him, if not then it is someone else. it seems that this guy will be very straight talking and up for a bit of verbal sparring...quite arrogant maybe? if you havent met Paulo, maybe it would be interesting to find out if this description fits him?

An ascendant that is 27 to 29 degrees old means that the question is too late to be asked. You've missed the train and all you can do is wait for better conditions.

The matter has already been solved by the universe and therefore, all you, the querent, can do is wait for the ending to materialize.
