Sandra,Are you happy at your job? I ask this, because the cards are the opposite of what your question is--I asked what you should know about getting a promotion, etc, or come to understand about this situation. The cards actually show you leaving a situation (or at least withdrawing emotionally) from the situation because of a disappointment. the 6 of swords to me using means heading towards something, or leaving something behind. Has someone recently made a promise or really sweet offer to you about getting a promotion, or moving forward at the company? There is some unease about this, and also disappointment surrounding this, if so. Also, I see you have some creative spark, but that others around you may not be welcoming of that exactly. I am happy at my job, been here a while and been growing and advancing since I started. I am always looking to grow more and I am slowly putting things in motion for another promotion.
I haven't really talked much about it,i just briefly mentioned it to my boss, but will be pursuing it more in the coming months-july and aug.
Nobody has made me a promise or anything similar. The higher ups are always encouraging, and recognizing my efforts and growth but that's nothing tangible as of this moment.
I am creative by nature, but my job is not really suited much for creativity, which is fine with me, as I like to be exact and conservative.
The energy at my job is ok..i mean there are conflicts( which I m trying to stay away from) , but with the superiors I feel like its been good and my boss actually told me he was proud of me for taking the high road lately.

I drew more cards, just to see further, I got the six of swords again.... The cards show you being peaceful and along with the 3 of wands + 2 o wands, show you in a leadership position, someone with a lot of vision, and etreprenueral spirit, but again, at the end, that 6 of swords. So, to me, this DOES mean of course you will move forward, perhaps not at this job? Then again, I could be completely wrong! Which in that case, I wish you the absolute best at work and in any situation. The second reading spoke of your leadership qualities, and your likability as a worker and also potential leader as well...Queen of cups! IP: Logged |

Well my plan is going to be 3 fold-
the raise
the directors title
office
I know even now before asking, that I will not get all 3 at this time. Simply because we have no space offices at this time lol but I will ask anyway to put my wishes out there. So maybe that's where the disappointment comes.
but will shoot for the first 2 things also and will probably get something
