Yes, it has been a while.

Well, with Mercury retrograde at the moment (till noon, July 1), communications can be misunderstood, delayed, lost, confused, etc. That being said, you have transiting Mercury (5th house--social) opposing you 11th house (friendships/hopes and wishes) natal planet Saturn and Uranus, which could make your friends view your communications more negatively and also jump to conclusions.
