its not that he's not allowed to talk to you, he doesn't have any reason to. I'm not sure if your friends with this guy or more or hoping to be more but his time is being filled with someone else or trying to get someone else, is what I feel.... thus his energy is on another person and not on you right now

If the above person will he contact you again- the book- mystery, secrets, unknown, ocult stuff. He is hidding from you now, i think for now he won't contact you he is in his own space, not wating outside contact.
If he has by far a thought to call you wouldn't know until you answer(calling with private number or something, or call and not talk)

I dont see u leaving this job for a while longer, but when u do...wont have been hired somewhere else BUT u have found an interest..and u are so sure that ur gonna get the job. I see u getting a job shortly after u leave this job...so to be clear...I see u leaving the place ur act-without a job. but quickly find something..a great fit!!
