i have an interview tomorrow and don't know what to expect? who will interview me, one or more people? i don't even know if it is a typical interview or they are just going to randomly select from pool of people as i have passed one level of online test already. can you give me some insight on this? how will things come about tomorrow and how will they find me overall? will they hire me? it's an insurance agency that will train people first after hiring is over!

1. why did he call? I answered and he didn't say anything so I hung up. it was from his phone so either him or his wife...was it him?

2. my current office is because she needs to hire me through the office permanently, do you see this happening? and also does it look like I'll getting job somewhere else As I am still applying elsewhere?... do you have any details about that job?

sorry but i don't see you getting this job. i see distance as a hinderance somehow. but you really need to get yourself out of this stuck state and move on. i don't see anything fruitful coming out of this interview! you need to clear the energy and decide what you want next and move on from this.

can you tell me what exactly will be happening tomorrow there at the event? it's an open house for the different jobs they have avaiable at the moment. but i don't know what will they be doing tomorrow? and why will they find me nervous? will i find questions difficult to answer? or something else?

also will there be men or women conducting it or both together?

it was him. he called you, your ex reappearing again. he is just not himself, very uneasy and thinking if you still remember him or think about him or have forgotten and move on. he is bored of his life, and is thinking if there there is any possibility of something still there between the two of you. he was hoping to talk to you. he hung up because he thought it was not the right time to call you and that he should do it some other time, may be wait until you guys meet together, may be travel to meet you personally.

I almost feel as if it's a little mingling and the first part with the competition in there looking to see who is more energetic and he was more outgoing and friendly

and I do believe that it might be a group setting with a call you in to interview and you're basically in a room like I circled and you need to discuss yourself who you are why you applied for the job what you like to do things like that

ah! thanks for this insight cherful! i was thinking what if this exercise is futile and i am wasting my time going there. it's far away from my place and i will be literally spending hours there, that's what they have mentioned already.
