She's arrogant. She thinks she can get through this easily without any work. She doesn't stop to think, she's just all action. So when she troubles you, it's her impulsiveness. She doesn't think about what she does AT ALL. And to add to it, she has a hot temper.

She is a handful to manage, but it's her problem in general. Is she really young? She is not malicious, but she is digging her own grave at the rate she is ******* people off.

Will she succeed?

Is this company run by woman or there is a lot of women working or wanting to work in it ? I ask because the first feeling I got (+there is the queen of cups) is lots of woman : woman who can help you in this company or will be convince by you but also a very fiery woman with lots of ambition and agressivity. And you should not engage with her at all or could get burn.
I got that you will be in a sort of competition : for a job or for a promotion.
I also got that the job you want in FBD will be either not exactly what you think or that you will not have it right away. It's like you will have to do something you don't particulary enjoy before doing what you really want. But in the end you will have it.

To sumuraze, you will convince people to trust you in FBD but it won't be right away. You have to prove yourself and beat this other woman. It won't be your dream job immediately but eventually you will have it.

He HAD feelings for her, but now he doesn't think of it. She has been exiled from his thoughts. He's filled to the brim with other thoughts on self improvement, and life in general.

It looks like he likes for things to be his way and he wants to see if you can keep up on his pace. He wants to gain control over the relationship and show you who is the boss of you and regain of what he thinks the natural order. I believe this may be related to gender roles because THE EMPEROR is a patriarch and he is feeling annoyed that you are trying to gain control of him. He is going into what he thinks his natural position over you and by doing this everything is balanced and normal so to speak... (not my personal views btw.)

Hmm with THE EMPEROR appearing on the other spread and with 8 OF SWORDS as a blindfolded woman.. it looks like he is kind of getting of on controlling you and having immense power over you to the point of fear or extreme restriction.. 3 of Wands is like he's saying this is a good thing to do and he's glad over the power he has over you.. and 7 of Wands says he is willing to fight to keep this control and it looks like you're trying to fight back but he's winning.

Queen of Swords shows that you having a front of cutting the bullcrap and seeing right through him but internally being the 8 Of Swords.. this makes him mad and want to challenge you.

Should you be worried with P?

He can get physically violent- but he's charming and passionate. Downside is a bad temper. He can lose control and have unrealistic expectations- however as he matures, this will be dialed down and it will calm down.

I don't think you have much to worry about- but just try not to make him too angry at this point in time.

Thank you for your reading. The portrait of i is very true. All action and not thinking. She was a friend of mine for some time but she did things in my back to take my place and also create some problem with others countries ! She didn't successed last year. I don't think she will this year since as you said she have made some people mad with her way of doing things.
