The question was, "Will D and I get married?"
When I first started learning horary, I cast this chart and seeing I didn't see any aspects between his and my main sigs, I automatically took it as a "no." However, the more I've learned, the more I have realized you can look to other indicators as well: POF, NN, Juno and Part of Marriage (particularly for marriage questions.)

So here's what I ultimately see:
I'm mercury and he's jupiter. We are both dignified: he in essential dignity being in exaltation and me being in accidental dignity by sitting in an angular house (my 10th.) that leads me to believe we are both receiving eachother as well since I am in his sign of exaltation and he falls in my 10th (strongest angular house.) That actually puts me in his 4th so I am in an angular house of his as well (2nd strongest.)

Now neptune is conjunct the DSC and I've read you can use planets conjunct the ASC and DSC to better describe the quester or quiested. The moon is making an applying opposition to neptune.

If we look at my 4th house, "End of matters" you see it's ruled by jupiter which is exalted in my 11th (house of wishes and gains.) if we look at the 4th house from the 7th, we see that it is ruled by mercury in which I sit (as well as him if you make the sun his co-sig.)

What's very interesting is that you also find the Part of Marriage in this house which happens to fall exactly conjunct Royal Star Sirius (a good omen I've read.)

Looking at the NN, we see it's ruled by venus which is domicile and making an applying trine to the moon. It is also parallel Juno!

The POF is ruled by mars, which although is in detriment, is making an applying square to mercury and applying quincux to venus (ruler of the NN.)

I should also add that the sun is parallel jupiter and making a very weak parallel to mercury by 1 degree and 9 minutes.

So what do you think? Can you help me out- this chart seems very difficult to get a concrete answer! Thanks so much 💙

Is there a lot of confusion and feelings being hidden at this time? Neptune and Moon really blurs it and the time is indefinite and hard to really put in practical means.. decisiveness is the word

You two probably have a profound psychic and astral connection and are spiritually close but like most of the time this doesn't translate well in the physical realm.

DSC ruler conjunct DSC so that's really good, excellent for partnership!
Since you're Mercury (Gem) and square Mars there is a lot of nervous energy in you and if you do get married, you will be the one to propose.
Trine Neptune you understand the spiritual connection and find him to be the idealized partner.

Jupiter sq Uranus he may act on his own terms and kind of ignore what you're saying,

Good observation about DSC ruler conjunct DSC...I was so busy looking at other stuff that I breezed right over that one LOL. Yes, I think the world of him and find him the idealized partner...I'm almost 100% convinced he's my TF. So as you can see in the chart, yes I'm the one with all the nervous energy because I am aware of it and he's ...well....let's just say "still working on things."

Alright what really stuck me was your double grand trine in earth and fire! Very nice-makes for some wonderful compatibility but then you throw in the 3 t-squares to shake things up and keep it interesting!! I've never seen that before! This relationship couldn't possibly be boring??!!

So interesting to see you have Eros and karma both on the ASC and Lust conjunct Pluto! How do people see you when you're together??!! It's even in Scorpio- do people think you make a sexy couple? Do you give off intense vibes with eachother when you're together?
DSC ruler venus in the 8th with mars in the 7th- venus/mars mdpt. Quincunx Eros!! Are you sure this guy is just a "friend"??!! LOL throw the venus opposite Pluto and mars square moon- dear Lord- there's some serious passion in this relationship whether it's sexually or otherwise. You desire to be together, feel energized together. Heavy Pluto and Saturn contacts tells me this is definitely a soulmate relationship and neptune, mercury and Pallas all making tight hard aspects to the IC shows me there would be strong telepathic connection between you...not to mention a tight mercury/neptune square. Psyche square NN in the 12th would also confirm that. Sun and venus contacts to neptune show a very dreamy/possibly romantic/idealized relationship between you but, yes it can make for some illusion and miscommunication between you two...that could be exacerbated by some heavy arguements if there isn't clear communication between you two with that mars in the 7th. BTW you also have a Cinderella linkage with Juno sextile that Chiron/vesta/psyche stellium-wow!!!

This screams soulmates to me- what the nature of your relationship? I would love to see the synastry if you can post it..if possible add some soulmate asteroids just to see: union, Amor valentine, Isis and Osiris. (Add these to the composite too.)
