Hi LostTaurus,Your antenna must have been up. I went over to greet a new neighbor on the street behind me this morning and left with more questions. All of the lots on that street which were available have been sold, but no activity on my street. I did some research online and found that there was some litigation filed a couple of weeks ago. My question is: will any of the open lots around me have homes built on them before I move? Let me know if you have another question. Thank you, Spring IP: Logged |

Hi Spring! I don't really have any questions right now - your reading from the other day pretty much answered them very well My instant response was no, no houses will be built before you move. The cards 3/C and 9/D suggest the level of litigiousness and the desire of those who've purchased them to move forward post haste; but the 10/C shows you taking flight before anything is actually resolved and building begins. However, it does feel like you may still witness some level of drama from the legal debate. It won't 'touch' you in any way (if that makes sense?), but it will annoy you. IP: Logged |

I'm glad I was able to help you for next weekend. I did add a bit more to that thread after your last response, so I don't know if you saw that. Thank you. I know what you're saying, since my lot wasn't included in the filing, and only the names of the two couples who are planning on having a home built on them are. I think the investment company and original builder didn't ensure that they had clear title to those properties and thought everything was one contiguous parcel with one owner--either no title search was done or a hurried up one was. I think the drama will come from my newest neighbor on that street as the HOA management (they represent the developer--not homeowner run yet) wouldn't respond to my last email. Have a great week! Spring
