Does anyone know what it means if venus and the ruler of querent (mercury) are in the 1st house (gemini) and juno is conjunct AC? Thanks

If this is a horary question, I would need to know where the moon is and more about the chart. I do a little horary and find it fascinating but I start with the moon and work my way out. I made this assumption because of the word querant?
