What is very strange is that I completely lost interest in rekindling with a man I had been dreaming of for the past year. I was so obsessed with him and suddenly, I no longer have any interest in dating him again or anyone else for that matter.

He got a promotion when Saturn was transiting Libra(his natal Sun)and now, closely aspecting his Moon,he has been very stressed and working late.

So,I think you are not the only one who is "career focused" right now.

While noting that 'workaholic' or 'obsessed' behaviors are out of balance and generally indicate avoidance of other things, I will acknowledge that your change in orientation is appropriate. Here is one reason astrologically:

What is your Asc? And what house is Saturn transiting?

I also have natal Venus conjunct transiting Saturn now. But I guess I am used to the energy because I do have the same conjunction natally.It's not that bad. I am coping very well.

Also jupiter is conjunct your 1st house south node so you are focused in yourself right now.

However, since July 8th my life hasn't been the same. It's so sudden though. Believe me, I was so obsessed with him, I thought I'd never get over it! I woke up on that day and boom gone, no interest no more.

First, I was secluded in my room until the 11th because I was too busy brainstorming. It never happens as I'm usually an active person. I've lost all interest in this man, men, dating, friendships and social interactions. I'm not interested in having fun and I'm suddenly finding myself thinking and creating plans for the months/years ahead.

I am a Pisces rising. Saturn is transiting my 8th house. It conjuncts my Venus and Pluto. Glad you are coping well with this hell. Everything feels so heavy and depressing to me. It's interesting reading you are getting into meditation and spirituality because i'm getting way more interested in astrology now. Even though I saved some money, i'm at least getting financial help from my parents, I think this symbolizes Saturn-Venus really well too.

I have a Scorpio stellium in my 6th house (Sun, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, and Pluto).

Transit Saturn is currently conjunct my Sun, Mercury, and Pluto.

I also have Sun conjunct Pluto natally along with a Scorpio descendant.

Mars is also conjunct Pluto.

Pluto and Mars both conjunct my descendant.

Transit Saturn is also squaring my natal Saturn to make matters worse..

I've been in a weird place emotionally since Saturn im entered Scorpio!

I have been swinging back and forth between obsessing over previous relationships and completely letting the past oh and completely isolating myself from intimacy and current relationships.

I've been doing a lot of soul searching and healing within myself too.

All of my intimate encounters and events have felt karmic in some way..

I wouldn't say I've lost interest in relationships.. I just lack enthusiasm or maybe I've just matured within this past year and a half and I know how much works it takes to maintain a committed relationship so there's no need to pursue anything with anyone.

During this Saturn in Scorpio transit, I was deeply hurt by someone and looking back on old transits, the relationship was very Plutonian and karmic in nature.

Although I am not yet completey healed (almost there), it taught a lot of valuable lessons about relationships.

Did I mention I also have my True node in my 7th house?

So.. I still deeply crave intimate relationships and love.. I'm just a lot more cautious and mature when it comes to my expectations and realities.

The fantasy cloud has been popped and I am not transitioning into a mature adult when if comes to love.

It's satisfying yet very lonely indeed.

With Saturn entering my 7th house at the end of this year and conjuncting my pluto exact, I hope I enter into a deeply satisfying and committee relationship soon..

Either way, school and my career are my main focus and I'm not too concerned about love anymore.

It's interesting. When I left my previous job(JOB A) to come to the one that I was in(JOB B),I was really miserable and looking for change.

I knew from the start that working at JOB A was going to be very testing.That I somehow had to make best of a stifling situation.

At the time,Saturn was sextile natal Uranus-My independence was toned down a bit and I found myself living with my parents.

When JOB B came,I couldn't wait to assert my independence again.

At the time, trans Uranus was square Sun.

When JOB B became monotonous and boring, I felt that I wanted to go.

At the time trans Uranus trine natal Uranus.

Trans Uranus is still forming a trine aspect with natal Uranus and I am still unemployed.

I feel like I have fallen off the rat race,living in my own world,on my own clock. I even forget what day it is sometimes.

It seems that Uranus is very important in my chart.I seem to like freedom and "breaking free" a lot.

I used to like dating but now it's lost its spark. Meh. I want people to leave me alone so I can get to the top. Odd. I hadn't felt like this since wow ... 2008. From late 2008 until July 8th 2014, I couldn't deal with being single/dating. I would always long for dating even if I was single at times. Now, I just couldn't care less. Even if a man were to ask me out, I'd turn him down. No enthusiasm at all.

Wow you're just like me hahah it takes a new guy for me to get over someone as well haha!! But yeah it happened the same to me !! It was out of nowhere , like I got over him over night , it was just odd. I can't remember the dates I started feeling like this but I know it wasn't long ago at all , maybe two weeks ago but wow it's crazy how we are both in almost the exact same situations !!! I as well have no interest in meeting anyone new or just the whole relationship/dating deal , I just want to focus on myself and on my job, nothing else matters to me at this point, I've been feeling very I don't give a **** mood lately about most things that I thought were important to me , but everything that you said its exactly how I feel!!! Wow that's crazy.
