.... does that work a lot with paper work?

so when I was basically saying is you being in a position that doesn't necessarily manage or supervise others work.... you're more of a supportive role and I see lots of paperwork.

this next role is not going to have the name manager or supervisor in it however you will be like the lead for that team.... you're still doing the same work but now you're distributing the work..... and that's the major difference. it's like a half of a step up from what you're currently doing.... but I'm very careful to say that you're not a manager or supervisor.

... I don't know what you doing a lab lab rats or molecules or whatever I just predominantly see a lot of paperwork..... perhaps you are heavily involved in research stats and data??

I know you're unhappy we are currently at but are you also overwhelmed where you're currently at? you'll be less so in the new environment. do you think its possible to get another type of job where you're currently at? because I really don't see you going away...... if you do go to a different Company is it possible that there's companies that are literally right by where u are currently at

there is definately a lot of paperowork, the most i have had to deal with in a long time, there is also supervisor role that i have picked up, but my job title and salary hasnt changed, i am team lead of certain projects, but its just too much, and I cant seem to find my feet or enjoy it anymore, we are also moving location, literally to the opposite building but its much smaller and the work i used to do is closing down. So ill be working in the other department, im not sure if i want my career to be heading that way or I should look for a totally new job. What can you sense what will happen within 6 months, i feel the next 6 months are absolutely crucial for me.

Ok, so I am seeing your literal next move. I don't think you're going to switch companies. I think you're going to stay. I don't see anything different from what you're doing now.... I just see more help more hands Involved..... no could you be working with the entirely different people?? you're less overwhelmed and you like it better.... but I'm still not convinced that you actually leave the company. so even if you stay exactly in this job position it is going to get better for you and it's probably because you'll have more help.

again I don't f you leaving so there's something that's keeping you there..... and I don't see that at the lack of other opportunities so my feeling is you'll get the money you feel you deserve. now again if this is a raise or a completely new job within the company I don't know

.. I do want to leave, I have bad memories in that place and I dont feel right there anymore, bad memories with past colleagues and painful experiences, and being there is a constant reminder. There is also opportunity to work abroad.. which might or might not come.
