I think you could really get this job... BUT... you have to convince these very traditional sorts that you are not trying to get this job to get a raise but you want the job because you are such high high energy person that in your current job you energetic ways are being wasted. They are somewhat convinced that no one understands the functions of this position.

I would ask (when they ask you at the end of the interview... Do you have any questions for us Venus?)

Say yes, what would you say is the hardest part of this position?
