Lately I've had a lot of problems getting along with people and relationships. I know there's our natal chart but I mean... I can't be 40 and still referring back to that, can I? Being 25, do I check natal chart with transits, or my progressed chart?

You have progressed Moon approaching a square with your Natal Saturn/Neptune. This is activating your 11th house of friends and 7th house which is enemies.

The problem is people are jealous of you and are bringing you some stress because of it. Don't let the conflict worry you. It will pass.. however not until mid next year will things start to lighten up.

Also transit Pluto is activating your Natal Saturn/Neptune in the 7th house. This is going to transform your relationships. This will transform the type of people who are drawn to you, and you will start to draw in more mature people.

I see a lot of pain with progressed Mars conjunct Natal chiron in the first house. Mars rules 11th house of friends so these people are damaging your ego and making you suffer. With your natal Mars in the 12th house, a lot of past life karma is acting here. But its nicely aspected, so don't worry if people hurt you. Whatever you do, don't create karma by trying to get back at them or anything. Transit Chiron is trying to damage you even more with this aspect, by forming a square.. I don't know if your sex life is non existent or what.. This may have something to do with the pain.

I think that you should withdrawal from people who are making you suffer and just focus on yourself for now.

I see pluto and uranus will be transforming you even more in the next few years.

You should take extra care of your health starting now if you don't already. Next few years progressed Sun makes opposition with Pluto.

The most of your problems will get better after progressed Moon leaves Aries. Right now its at 8 Aries. once it hits your Sun/Venus you should have something special happen. Then after that it will start to lose influence.

Also after Chiron leaves Pisces, or begins to leave where it is now, things will also get a lot better.

Yeah it seems from April to now it's been a whirlwind of people and emotions. I've pretty much made myself a hermit the past two months from realizing there's so many people I know who I'm friendly with that don't fit "me." But that's my own fault because I kept pushing my aggravation down instead of solving the problem.

There are only about three people who are actually stressing or stressed me out though. I got rid of one but haven't let him go in my mind yet, the other is an ex-friend who I feel is being passive-aggressive towards me when she's in the wrong, and I don't want her in my life, and the third is our mutual friend who I feel like wants to be in on the drama too, and yet I haven't seen any of these people physically in a month.

It's like it WAS painful but I feel justified and strong in my decision. (Strong / stubborn for me. ) It's felt so long and drawn out (feeling that tension or knowing that tension is there) that it's made me go into super-Scorpio mode and be very private, untrusting, suspicious, etc. And yet independent and like an emotional brick. You hit the nail on the head talking about the "ego," because that's what I realized I felt like and was getting sick of. People telling me not to do this, not to do that, I can't do this, that's not right, etc. Really? I'm 25 and I pay my own bills, thank you, I vote. I drive myself. I realized nobody has the right to sway me on how to be and I'm responsible for my choices and actions.

As far as a sex life goes, well there was pain that stemmed from a break-up with my first boyfriend in February. And then my next partner was in April/May and didn't cause me any pain but I did delve into it to forget everything from the previous experience. Now it's calmed down. I've tried to date but something keeps getting in the way.

Its definitely to teach you something. If there is pain know something isn't right and you have got to correct it.
