1) At work
2) In personal life but no touch for a long time.
3) In personal life and in touch but doesn't talk.
And all have grey and black hair either dyed or shaven. Sssiiigghhhh

I interpreted Scythe as it being a "no" to getting another guide I mean. Or it being a painful experience to go through and a guide but at first you can't see it.
