Someone is working hard to make progress.
There appears to be a new masculine energy coming in that may result in a new idea,
it appears that this will speed the process up.
The overall outlook is of a work that is in progress, and is advancing, despite any issue.
It is overseen by one capable of managing it.
Things look like they will pick up speed soon."
