Ah, this is so lovely! There is strong romantic feelings, obsession, desire to bond with each other completely, passion, ardor for each other, and a longing to be with another.. but there is a damn block there.. is it that he doesn't know about your feelings, he lives far away, or that there are outside influences in your relationship keeping you from being with each other fully? ( I repeat words, I know ) The masculine and feminine energies are balanced, yin-yang.. so there is a feeling of "completion" and restoring psyches.. like finding your missing part of you.. but it's also very painful, because it's slow in progress but the feelings are obviously there..

I'm so sorry to hear about your brother's situation. Life is so hard sometimes!

For his reading:

moon - 5/pentacles - 8/cups

this situation is effecting him on a very emotional level, when I think of the moon I think of "home" and "family" type themes. This card is also indicative of the uncertainty and confusion in his life at this time.
5/pentacles shows the tight financial and hard spot he's in, he's feeling rejected, urge him to continue to care for himself during this time (this is very important)
8/cups shows a new direction. He can easily lose hope due to feeling weary, but he must realize that there is a deeper meaning to this situation. This card shows me that he needs to really turn inward and ask himself how he is doing spiritually? Turn his focus inward to find peace

I drew two clarifiers for that 8cups card: the star (yay) and 6 of swords:

star: okay, so he will find some hope, inspiration and positivity in the situation somehow. This card indicates peace, calm and harmony, so he will be okay.
6/swords: This doesn't feel so negative as it usually does due to the fact that I pulled it with the star, so I feel like he may have to move to a different location than where he is now. OR this whole scenario of hardship will be put behind him and he will enter a new emotional and mental phase going forward

I'm sorry if this didn't cover everything you wanted to know, but this is what the cards gave me.

so lately things have been confusing to you in your love life, you may be experiencing emotional anxiety and lots of changes during this time.
emperor rx shows me that you may be interested in someone who doesn't have their sh** together. There would need to be some structure for things to take off,
but with 9/swords in the outcome, I don't see much hope here unfortunately. At least, on your end, you will feel disappointed & you won't feel fulfilled.
Whatever situation you're in or considering, try to put some space between yourself and the situation to gain some clarity.

clarifier: 6/pentacles: I think if you can take some time, you will find someone who is generous and positive and things will turn around for the better!

You might be hoping and waiting and pining for someone who isn't available right now, someone who is rather lazy and selfish and isn't giving back as much as they could. I don't think this person is in your life at the moment, you're hoping they become apart of it again though. Unfortunately because the King is next to the World card, and also because he's a King - I don't see room for improvement or that the situation with him is going to change. However, not to fear.

In the latter portion of the draw we have the Knight of Wands next to the World. So although one chapter is finished and has slowed down, another is about to begin. You will be much more attractive to potential suitors because of your new found appreciation for independence and vitality. You are learning how to balance your responsible side and your playful side right now, but you will get another chance at love probably at the beginning of winter. I would even say there will be two men you are interested in and have chances with too.

Yeah I really liked someone who didn't have his s.it together and then he finally got mad at me for changing my mind and we threw a fit with each other and ended things. It wasn't even a "thing". Anyway, so since then I have been experiencing a lot of emotional anxiety and haven't been sure how to calm it (it's gotten better this week, ironically)

-yay! I just got back on my feet and into a new apartment for me and my son and am providing for he and myself so that is definitely helping. It's a transition right now...and kinda lonely. but it's for the best!
