I could cancel the mandate but I am covering for a good friend who really needs the job.

Having said that, could someone pull some cards for me? What's the future? How does he perceive me? What does he think about me? How can I get along with him?

So, I pulled the following cards for you:

I got knight of swords rev for urbana and 4 of wands rev for wash u; it doesn't look like that resp. I think if that is going to happen you need to change your point of view. Maybe the way how's going to happen and his looks/personality is not what you expected and what you want. Keep your eyes open.

What does he think of u....he's professional. first i dont think he thinks outside the professional lines...he doesnt seem to really enjoy his job...so maybe thats why people think he's not so nice. But really hes a no drama guy so, he keeps everything professionally and thats how he thinks of u. There is no negativies...so he thinks ur work, he likes ur personality. so remember it's not u or anyone else. He goes to work, work, then goes home. He doesnt open up. it might not by ur personality peference but youll have to learn to work with this type.

So just no that he's not even thinking twice of....gee I hope she thinks im nice and good to work with. This man has the ability to shut tht kind of thinking off. So u shouldnt be thinking twice about it...plus there are no issues or concerns from his point of view.

youll do good work for him and he will notice that. hell say thank u and will be pleased enough to give u praise to others. SO really its a positive, this work situtaion. Again i dont see it lasting longer than a year.

Keep doing what ur doing, say hi, be pleasant, even if he never talk to u first or ask about u...u need to do that for him. He will appreciate it. He lesson his hardness....so thats what u should do.

SO shake off the different related styles u two have....hes not thinking that its hard to work with u. So yay!

Others have said something like this as well. That this guy will be different then what i want/use to etc.

Yes, it won't be a long-term thing. It's the mandate of my friend and I am just covering for her. It will end in 2 weeks but it would be good if the company would come back to me for further mandates.
