This is not the first time you have had money woes. I do not want to say it won't be the last.. but you came in with Neptune in the second. Money flows like wine one minute and dries to the Sahara desert the next. You have not quite grasped the idea that you really have to socialize to do the real estate thang. You will. Your sun is in the 5th house. You can't keep a good person with that down long. With Jupiter in the 10th trining your Jupiter in the 8th... next year you will meet someone (doing the real estate thing) or at a business function and you will know. Time to put the relationship hat back on. Right now is your down time. Time to rest and regroup. You built this in your chart. Once you get your spiritual head back on... the money will once again flow. Its bad enough that Pluto in the 12th makes you hear every single bump in the night but Saturn has been making the transit too. Next month Saturn will be making its entry into your first house. In the old days, astrologers would be talking about being depressed and blah blah blah... but I find that most of the times with Saturn's transit into the first house you are busy with all sorts of duties and tasks. Jupiter is making some great aspects too. Mercury will go retrograde in your 1st house. You are questioning your motives and that is healthy. Mercury will go back to your 12th. Probably a good time to have an indepth reading by someone that you can ask pointed questions.
