I am just an amateur, but here's a quick look:Your chiron and moon have been dragged into the recent and still ongoing cardinal grand cross, which would be a double blow for you emotionally. You probably have already uncovered some of your emotional issues and worked on healing them now.
Natally, with chiron/jupiter conjunction in 7th, there is a potentiality for your partner to heal/wound you or vice versa, or for you or your partner to be a mentor for each other. It'll be important to pick a suitable/matured partner - not physically, but rather emotionally/spiritually matured.
The recent Pluto/Asc transit would have taught you on taking back your power and empowering yourself. There would be moments of powerlessness/being overpowered that would eventually lead you to taking your power back, setting boundaries, and taking charge of your life.
Neptune/saturn conjunction natally gives a disillusionment effect as saturn will burst whatever bubbles of illusions you have and gives a dose of reality. It may give you self doubts or insecurity on you capability of handling your life. There will be times when you need to let go of certain life aspects/things that you have identified in life. It is important to be self grounded and learn to separate the self from any types of outworn identity which include beliefs/relationship/career/possessions/etc.
With transit saturn moving through your 12th house, you'll be uncovering lots of your unresolved issues, so take this time for quiet reflection and contemplation and make the necessary changes. By the time, this hits your Asc and natal saturn, hopefully a new you will be reborn.
I'm sure many are going through challenging times with the current astrological climate. Some see it as an acceleration in our evolution process, take comfort in that you are growing deeper into maturity.
Take things one step at a time. Reflect on the past and make appropriate changes, but don't dwell. Hope for a brighter future, but don't dwell on what's going to happen. Just keep working on what you've got at hand currently, and really celebrate the pain and joy of today. The past is over and tomorrow can wait for later.
Overall I see saturn return as a maturing process, and yours would be a time when you would rediscover yourself and found the courage to take the steering wheel and head off in a new direction.
