Having a housewarming gathering this coming weekend, and certain guests are coming that are invited, because they're extended friends of my BF. I'm trying to let my guard down; I've been keeping these ladies at a distance for a reason. I'm huge about avoiding snakes, for like of a better word right now. I must be honest I really hope that I can open up to them - been very focused on establishing genuine friendships moving forward so this would really mean a lot.

Anyone willing to give a simple yes/no as to whether I can rest assured about any bad intentions or false pretenses towards me? Sorry, I can't return the gesture, I don't have such a gift.

Hi,

I drew for you...
Knight of Cups, Seven of Pentacles, Six of Swords, Wheel of Fortune.

These are all good cards that suggest you need to reevalute these people. They aren't as bad as you think. Don't completely let your guard down right away but give them a chance. I'm seeing a positive outcome.

Many apologies for the delayed response, to thank you very much!!! Though you haven't asked for feedback, I must say that the housewarming went reasonably well. Though initially I was tense, I purposely made an opening for these persons and myself to talk for a bit about the reasons for my distancing; we let some things out and learned a bit from one another. I had not read your response, prior to the housewarming and as you can see you were SO right!

You are awesome, and I appreciate your help!!!
