I think they missed you and were surprised at the level of interest you had in coming at all. Did they ever ask you to go to YOUR house? Do they not live there? Somebody misses coming over to someone else's house. 10H is being lovesick. Ace of Clubs is someone else's home. They were happy that there was communion.

First (and notable), I got three 3s right in a row. Combined, they purvey an unexpected event - some sort of bout of conscience maybe? Traditionally, the three represent a religious or mystical experience, so I'd assume the modern interp of bout of conscience

Now for the cards themselves....

3/H popped out in shuffle - a symbol of impetuous actions. 3/C came next - symbolic of a broken pact, engagement or promise. 3/S - misfortune in love. The final card, 7/H, indicates betrayal.

Please tell me this is way off. My heart breaks to say that it doesn't feel off at all. J/D as final draw speaks of bad news. In this case, it feels very much like he won't admit anything.

TMK is showing up as hard-working.
You must've been very cross with this person. 2 of Spades means you broke something off. (Unless this person is a woman, then they could've been the wine doing the breaking. Lastly, the 4 of Clubs says all is not lost. Things can be worked through. 4 of Clubs means laying groundwork in communication through phone, text, etc. talking at some distance. But I feel you will keep this person at a distance emotionally and focus on the reliable bits of the relationship.

He's interested in me, I know this. But I also think he may have a bit of the playboy streak because of what he does, and...because he can! And KUDOS for him, but I have zero interest in being anyone's "next mark" . He has a few projects coming down the pike, at least one of which I could contribute to enormously. I like him, but if I had to choose between one or the other relationship, I'd choose creative collaboration with him over a strictly physical relationship - those come a dime a dozen; creative alchemy is just that.

You show up here as a charmer. Queen of Clubs is hard working. I feel you'll have to be the driving force if you want this relationship to work. Don't feel like he's the ONLIEST man in your life. You have other prospects.

That 2 of Spades says you keep him a at bay. With 4 of Clubs, that's clear indication that there's a baseline reliability to this relationship that's worth keeping.
