In the near future you will come across helpful people whoever is interviewing you. You may need to compromise on a few things. In choosing to take the job they advise that it is up to you if you believe that it will improve your situation. Then yes go for it.

From the cards I drew it seems things will go well and you will get offered the job but it is your free will and up to you if you believe the compromises are worth it and this is the better option then take it.

So I then asked if the job would bring you better money in the long run and happiness.

Sure I'll do a spread for you. It is always nerve racking when job issues are on the forefront.

5 of wands, 2 of pentacles, 7 of swords

Five of wands is showing that you are facing a lot of competition if you are aware of it or not. It is showing to play fairly, don't make false statements on your resume. Others may do this.
Two of pentacles is showing to consider taking a risk so that if you don't get this position (I think you will though)concentrate on what you would really like to do rather than just a job to pay the bills where you will be unsatisfied in the long run.
