3 of cups rx shows he's partying or having fun, maybe more than he should. And three of Wands here denotes, he's looking to diversify his horizon,, with his back on you so yes he's hiding something.

Thanks! I just asked a horary on this and I think it said "yes" also. I would be disappointed, but not surprised, if there was someone else. He is a partier. He's not that focused towards me, we talk on a sporratic basis.
