I was wondering if someone here could read some things in my chart for me.

What does it mean to have pluto on my 12th house, and with this aspects w/ these oppositions?

And about jobs/career. Are the transits good for it now? Or something will improve the next months?

Also, I was reading about a Grand Cross and got really intrigued about the one in my map. I don't know much about astrology, so when I first read it... Wow. Is it really that uncommun in most maps?
Can you tell me what it means with these configurations I have??

I've been researching, it's been dificult to make time to read about astrology right now. But i've been reading some things, mostly basic though, 'cause I'm starting to study it just now... but this concept I came across really intrigued me.

I've been understanding much more about my dinamics in the world, how I function w/ other ppl and the reason some things have been happenning. it's been awakening... and scary at the same time.

Dear Lord, that is EXACTLY how I see other ppl's actions towards me. LOL Ppl always say: "You take things to seriously"
