Positivity vs negativity

If you get the feeling like I will never get out of this don't just sit there and tell yourself that's not true. It is to simply ignore the feeling and do something that makes you feel good inside, creative and alive. This allows you to feel good and in this will bring the positive because it is what you are sending out into the universe.
That is how to manifest the positive flow. And at same time your mind has left the negative behind and focusing on something enjoyable and fun.

I am a natural worrier. I worry for my myself, my family, the world...almost about everything, so you're reading makes sense. The worrying is draining me, and is manifesting physically.
I have tried meditation, but my mind wanders. It will take some time. When you talk about "Aqua", do you mean crystals?
I have a question about meditation? Does meditation weaken you aura? I've heard that spirits can possess you when in meditation? How do I protect myself?
I agree with you completely regarding the mindset. I used to be a positive person, but years of problems have taken a toll. I feel like a different person; like my essence has changed. I'm trying really hard to return to somewhat the person I was. There are times when I try to be optimistic, but I am surrounded by so much negativity, so it's hard. And my mind wanders into the past, the present, and then into all the problems that can happen in the future. It will take some time, but hopefully day by day I will heal a little. The most important thing I guess is that I haven't given up, and I do want to get to a better place. I do want to be a better me or a new me, maybe one day it will happen.
