I wanted to know what was next in terms of career, such as will I stay in the field I am in or will other opportunities be presented. so I guess I should've asked what's next in term of the career sector/ field

You are definitely in the right field, though Archangel Raphael caters more towards dealing with people one on one and helping them through struggles and health concerns. Maybe you are on the wrong side of healthcare, and need to be working more with the staff and people within the hospital. I see you communicating with people more on a more personal level-the position you are currently at is beneath you and you need to not settle for it.

If you feel so inclined, I'd like to ask about my healing abilities (which I have been told to develop). I teach children with learning difficulties and send them healing as well. I wondered if that was taking effect. Answer only if you have time .
