First what I get is he is waiting to tell you his feelings. When he does I think it'll catch you off guard and not be in a direct way, but you'll understand what he's trying to say. This isn't a relationship that is going to last forever but you two are good for each other right now / will be good for each other whenever the relationship happens. You care about each other as friends first, so that's always a nice foundation to have.

It seems like right now not much is going on between you two, and the rapport is in that gray area of being able to go either way. You're doing good being patient and not forcing anything at the moment. Some problems that could occur in the distant future is feeling like the other is nitpicking, but this will only start to express itself when you begin growing into your own persons. Basically a bunch of small disagreements and passive-aggressiveness. But if you each can be assertive then it's possible a separation won't happen.

The Moon and King of Cups are awesome signs indicating a foundation for a loving relationship is there and just needs to grow over time.

Nine of wands- ok I do think that he does I feel hes worn out from trying to get you too working for it even though u out might not realize it hes thinking damn girl this getting old are you gonna notice me trying to capture your attention?

The fool- I think he sees you as oblivious so hes not upset about it just wishing you would notice his efforts more give him that attention. He feels you kinda just go along your merry way on your merry path .
