You wanted to know what kind of job to go for in New York is it?

Gebo, Eihwaz, Raidho

A cross spread with runes:

left rune: (important element from the past) - Algiz - you get allergies?
middle rune: (deciding element of the present) - Perthro - you are not a robust person at this point in life
top rune: (a force that works for you) - Gebo - you have the gift of the gab, you are a good communicator and this can even be improved upon.
bottom rune: (a force that works against you) - Othala - your mother has her own ideas about what you should do and where you should be.
right rune: (a critical element of the future) - Uruz - you will have to build yourself up, carry things, perform some kind of service. Your mother will be happy with this choice. The type of army service may be in a civilian capacity or with something that is like an army.

what type of army is it:

regular enlisted army (of course don't do so if you don't want to - I wouldn't - although I was in the army myself when I was 17-18yrs). There seems to be a disaster relief effort component to this work.
