Topic: new cooperation - workrelated reading please?

I just got a call from the actor/ director of the local theatre, and he was quite insistent about starting the cooperation.
(I have mentioned him before, as he seemed so focused on me during our first meeting, on a conference - so a lot more people were present, and honestly he made me a little nervous, as I am simply not used to be stared at like that).
Anyway, the question is how such a cooperative work between our school and their theatre (and my position in this cooperationw ould be quite "prominent" for lack of better word)?
