Topic: I'm a not so good situation that I would love to get inside on please

so I have been in my position for 3 months now and my job is to audit medical residency programs as well as the institution. I have done this for three years.I'm really good at it. So I finished up with my audit and my manager comes in demanding the names of who said what and I was so caught off guard I was like what.... so she kind of walks me through it and I gave the names...and she asked me specifically what they said. it was totally unprofessional for her to do that and I wish I didn't give it to her but unfortunately I did...it all happened like so suddenly I didn't have enough time to prepare my thoughts. But I told her I didn't want to do, I was uncomfortable but she just kept going.
And at first she was like why did you do this and who told you you should do this. & I was like your boss told me I should do it and you were there when he said it. I had his permission to ask these questions, and I cannot do ian aduit without asking questions. And in the end I told her that it was unprofessional for her to bring me in the office like this and start questioning me when she was there when I was asked to do so. And I also said because she's blocking communication if anyone who wants to make a complaint that it was against our accrecditing body rules and she would be cited.I'm a really flabbergasted that this happened. If this is the culture that I'm working in I don't want to be here. We left the office in good terms and I put her back to where she needed to apologize for what she did but at the same time she got what she wanted which was the names and what they said. Its just all very dirty. so someone can give me an outlook on my career that would be great. I'm going to apply it back into Chicago after this now whether or not I go is another thing, but I would love it if somebody can look deep into this

Ya seriously u will. I used to do it too and its out of your system within 2 weeks. In fact I've had to take drug test within those two weeks and I totally passed but also I can tell you from working at a hospital that is never checked its more like cocaine and heroin but anyways yes I feel that you'll pass don't have any worriesIP: Logged |

The devil- I dont think right away you will get a job opportunity within your career. I see that you will stick it out where your currently at right now you will feel obligated bound to this hospital job right now.
King of cups- I think once you actually decide become active in your search for a job in auditing within Chicago there eill be a slgiggly older gentleman to help you do so possibly a h.r. manager a recruiter or something.
The empress- I think in chicago there is a opportunity for you there I dont see it in near future but possibly sprung or summer based on the imagery of the card here. New beginnings will present it self. IP: Logged |

I asked first if your work enviro would improve if you stayed, and I see it will as long as you don't try to dictate much. Be patient right now, good things are coming. I got 7 of Pentacles Strength and Page of Wands so you will probably receive some type of small award in the future for how you handle yourself. I asked what it'd be like back in Chicago: It looks kind of forboding I'd you go back to Chicago, it seems like there you might feel invisible or like you don't have a chance to make a difference, not as much pay possibly. There's more un professionalism there than where you're currently at. I got 7 of Swords 4 of Pentacles Justice for that one.

I'm kinda shocked that it all happened like I feel my trust with them even my manager is now broken because I don't trust them she basically made me rat them out and now I just don't feel comfortable.but like my question is I'll do my best to keep my mouth shut but how is the working environment going to be for me for these next months until I can find something else

I don't get any bad intentions from Oscar. if you feel that he's doing something purposely that might irritate you, I don't find that he is doing that so it might just be miscommunication or he might be pretty busy right now. But this seems to be very early on in the initial stages of you to even developing or cording each other so don't overthink it because he's not I think this is a guy that has much going on in his life and his priorities are being focused on right now more so then focusing on development of a relationship
