I have a few career questions-I can exchange and your questions too. Don't have to answer all of mine either.

1. Should I take the exam?

2. Should I consider taking a different position?

3. What would happen if I stay at my current job?

4. Is there anything I should know about that will impact my situation?

Hi Bella!

I'll exchange with you? I can answer 1 & 2.
My Q: What do I need to know right now? What's coming up for me in the next 2 months?
Be right back with yours.

Should I take the exam?
King of clubs-virtue
10 of hearts-good news
2 of spades-division, fork in the road

Yes, I think you should take the exam. I think this exam will open opportunities for you that will lead to choices needing to be made. I think you will pass it.

Should I consider taking a different position?

5 diamonds-changing of jobs
8 diamonds-increase in finances, fortune/success
9 clubs- contentment, time for an ending and new beginning in work

lol well I think these cards are fairly self-explanatory. YES, I think it's time you look for a new position. I'm not sure when, and I think perhaps you might be able to co-ordinate the exam passing with getting a new job?

Hope this resonates

Hi
can i to exchange? My question is I was doing a confidential department audit in which I had interviewed the staff members. However the manager question me and ask me specifically who said what and what did they say. I told her I wasn't comfortable with it I told it was unprofessional however I was in a compromising position because I am still on my 90 day probation. So unfortunately I did tell her everything and as she is a manager she can hire fire and she does evaluations, same with me. So I ended up telling HR and HR contacted her on Friday. I have to have a meeting with my manager on Monday it was originally for getting off my 90 day probation, so technically she can let me go if she wanted to. But I do want to know if she's going to confront me on the issue and what is my working relationship going to be with her now? In regards to human resources being involved will anything happen to my manager and I'm going to ask to get restructured so that I have a different manager I asked to would that look like something that could happen, if you see me losing my job please let me know

Thanks!

What you need to know right now:

The High Priestess
6 of Cups

Follow your intuition, whatever decisions or situations you have been thinking about your thoughts are correct. I also would believe there are a few outside circumstances or facts you are unaware of but will come to light. The best answers to whatever confronts you are within. Also, if you are feeling concerned or worried, be rest assured the outcomes will be favorable. To gain full happiness here, focus on the present and do not remain too concerned about what happened in the past. Don't be surprised if people from your past contact you, especially with Mercury retrograde upon us.

What you can expect the next 2 months?

The Tower
King of Wands

Well it won't be boring that is for sure! Are you dating anyone at the moment? My first impression is that you are unexpectedly going to meet someone with the chance to really connect. A bold, passionate, and maybe a self-centered person with fire energy. The other thing I feel that can happen is that unexpected but positive circumstances will enter the picture and if you act quickly and confidently upon them, great results will happen. These cards are a good omen for love, work, school, etc., if you take advantage of the energy.

Cherful, sure!

So, I can definitely see what the cards say about this, but I have a few questions.

I totally understand why you contacted HR, that was really unprofessional of your manager to ask you about confidential interviews. Do you happen to know if HR has to disclose names when contacting her? The thing is if she fires you for doing this, do have the right to pursue legal action even if you are under probation? I'm not sure she can really do you too much harm since she is the one who violated confidentiality.

when I called you mean resources I said I did not want to file a complaint I just wanted to know what my resources were because my manager is the one that hires and fires and evaluates all of us and I had to tell her what people were saying about her and other coworkers and if she uses that information against them I need to make sure I'm protected. I also told him I'm in my probation period and I do not want to be retaliated against and that's why I didn't want to make a complaint yet. So I don't know why this woman ended up contacting her but I did flip out on human resources and that I wanted to now make a complaint against human resources with the director because that was against my wishes. Human resources assured me they've got protection against being retaliated from but I said great but now my issue is that you contacted her and I asked specifically that I didn't want her to be contacted cuz I first wanted to know what my resources were.

Ok, that makes sense. You can answer whichever ones you want. I'll be back in a few to answer yours.

I think you would be able to obtain a different position without taking the exam however when you get a new position you should definitely take the exam I think they might expect it from you or might be a requirement of the position and if you say you're working on it that's how you get it. But it will secure you in the future to move up or take other positions so maybe taking the exam at some point is the best idea. If you wanted to stay in your current job I think it would be fine I don't necessarily see any changes and that's a good thing I don't see anybody wanting to get rid of you you seem to do good work but I also don't think you're going to move up if that makes sense. I don't think it's because they don't like you work I just think that no one's moving anywhere it's like nobody's old enough to retire and nobody's quitting

5 of Wands
Strength

Yes, unfortunately she is going to bring it up, and it will challenge your patience a little bit. It will probably be a discussion with you where you have to calmly discuss your side of the situation, and will require tactful comments on your end. I don't see it getting very confrontational, you just have to keep your cool and remain calm.

8 of Cups
The Devil

I think your manager won't do anything drastic, but they are going to provide power struggles. I think she may view you as a challenge to her power, which may cause her to try and control your decision-making and tasks more as a way to make sure you don't 'make her look' bad so to speak.

Temperance
4 of Cups

Healing through stability- I do not see you losing your job. HR understands where you are coming from and will help you in this situation. I don't think your manager would let you go given the work you have produced and given the nature of the circumstances. She doesn't have a good reason to let you go.

5 of Cups

Your efforts to get a different manager will cause some consideration, but ultimately HR will not let you move for now.
